Federal Land Inc., the property development arm of the Ty family, is set to hand over the second tower of its Seasons Residences in Bonifacio Global City (BGC) to homeowners, as demand for its units continues to surge. The company reported a “rapid uptake” of units in the first three towers, fueling expectations of success of its pre-selling campaign for the fourth tower, dubbed Fuyu.
The Fuyu tower, seen completed by the end of 2027, offers spacious two- and three-bedroom units. Federal Land said the larger configurations, ranging from 60 to 177 square meters, are particularly appealing to growing families and professionals in need of extra space.
“Among its range of unit configurations, the two- and three-bedroom units stand out for their spacious layouts and exceptional views overlooking the vibrant Bonifacio Global City,” Federal Land said in a statement. The units are designed to meet the demands of a diverse buyer base, from families to professionals.
The Seasons Residences project is a joint development between Federal Land, Japan’s Nomura Real Estate Development Co., Ltd., and Isetan Mitsukoshi Holdings Ltd. The four-tower development is designed to bring a touch of Japanese culture to a Filipino setting. Nikken Sekkei, the renowned Japanese architectural firm, was tapped to create the masterplan and design, focusing on a “convenient, ecological, stylish, and safe lifestyle.”
Seasons Residences is located within Federal Land’s Grand Central Park township.
With demand for premium living spaces in BGC showing no signs of slowing down, Federal Land is confident the Fuyu Tower will meet the growing needs of its clients, continuing the success of its Seasons Residences development.
