IWG expands hybrid workspaces with 17 new centers in 2025

International Workplace Group (IWG), the global leader in flexible hybrid workspaces, is set to increase its footprint in the Philippines by more than 50 percent, with the launch of 17 new centers in 2025. Under its renowned brands—Regus, HQ, and Spaces—these locations will span across key cities, including Makati, Cavite, Batangas, Tarlac, and other regional hubs, addressing the growing demand for flexible office solutions.

With the shift to hybrid working accelerating, IWG aims to meet the evolving needs of businesses and professionals by offering modern, adaptable workspaces. The expansion reflects its commitment to bringing high-quality office spaces not only to Metro Manila but also to regional growth areas like Antipolo, Subic, and Lipa, enabling workers to avoid long commutes and work closer to home.

The new centers will feature a mix of private offices, co-working spaces, and meeting rooms, with IWG’s “Design Your Own Office” service allowing companies to tailor their spaces to their specific needs. Notable projects include the opening of Regus centres in partnership with Metro Retail Stores in Antipolo, and with Aurora Subic Leisure in Subic Bay Freeport Zone. These locations will serve growing local economies and businesses, especially in the business process outsourcing (BPO) sector and areas with increasing commercial and residential development.

IWG’s national expansion also reflects the company’s strategy to empower small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) by providing them access to flexible, cost-efficient workspaces as they scale. With a total of 33 centers in the Philippines by the end of 2024, IWG is on track to surpass 50 locations by the end of 2025, solidifying its position as the country’s largest provider of hybrid workspaces.

Mark Dixon, CEO and founder of IWG, emphasized, “The need for high-quality flexible workspaces continues to soar as hybrid working becomes the new normal. Our commitment to the Philippines is not only about meeting demand but also about contributing to local economic growth by creating spaces that foster productivity and innovation.”

As flexible workspaces become an integral part of the commercial real estate landscape, IWG continues to lead the charge in empowering businesses of all sizes, with a growing network of over 4,000 locations worldwide and 83 percent of Fortune 500 companies among its clients.
