Robinsons Hotels and Resorts, a subsidiary of Robinsons Land Corp., is expanding its upscale Grand Summit hotel brand with a new property in Panglao, Bohol. Spanning 7,737 square meters, the 200-room beachfront development is designed to cater to both local and international tourists, offering a family-friendly resort with a focus on Bohol’s biodiversity.
This marks the fourth Grand Summit hotel in the Philippines, with features including an all-day dining restaurant, specialty restaurant, gym, spa, and a children’s play area. Positioned to capitalize on the region’s booming tourism, the hotel is expected to attract more travelers as Panglao’s popularity surges, boosted by the expansion of Bohol-Panglao International Airport and increasing post-pandemic tourism.
According to Robinsons Hotels, the development prioritizes sustainability, with an ocean wave-inspired facade, and is expected to contribute to local employment. The hotel aims to bring world-class Filipino hospitality to Panglao, aligning with the region’s growing status as a key tourism destination.
