    Jollibee Group rallies suppliers to drive ambitious global growth

    The Jollibee Group convened over 270 international and domestic suppliers for its 2025 Global Supplier Summit, reinforcing its commitment to long-term, value-driven partnerships as it pursues aggressive global expansion and sustainability goals.

    Held under the theme “Future-Ready: Strengthening Partnerships, Powering Possibilities,” the two-day summit featured strategic briefings, innovation workshops, and partnership-building sessions aimed at aligning suppliers with the company’s five-year growth roadmap.

    “Our suppliers are critical enablers of our growth,” said Ernesto Tanmantiong, Jollibee Group president and CEO. “Together, we are shaping a future-ready supply chain that can scale globally while integrating quality, efficiency, sustainability, and innovation.”

    Day one focused on business and procurement strategy updates, with executives sharing insights on responsible sourcing, modernization in quality systems, and progress under the Group’s Joy for Tomorrow sustainability agenda. A highlight of the day was the Supplier Awards Ceremony, which honored partners who demonstrated leadership in advancing future-ready, customer-centric solutions.

    The second day emphasized innovation, featuring breakout collaboration sessions with select strategic suppliers, intended to co-develop scalable solutions across key supply chain areas.

    Tanmantiong underscored the commercial importance of such partnerships: “This summit is not just about alignment—it’s about co-creating the future of our business.”

    With ambitions to become one of the world’s top five restaurant companies, the Jollibee Group’s latest summit marks a concerted effort to solidify its supplier ecosystem as a competitive advantage, aligning growth with sustainability and global operational excellence.
