The country’s largest Filipino life insurer, Insular Life (InLife), has launched Retire Assure 2, a retirement product targeting Filipinos aged 48 to 73. Designed for professionals entering senior roles or shifting careers, the plan offers guaranteed monthly income until age 100, starting just two years after contributions begin.
Unlike market-linked retirement options, Retire Assure 2 delivers stable payouts, potentially increasing cash dividends, and life insurance coverage. Beneficiaries are assured of receiving the higher of 110 percent of premiums paid (minus prior payouts) or the policy’s guaranteed cash value upon the policyholder’s death.
With no medical exams required, the plan simplifies retirement planning for those nearing retirement age. InLife emphasizes this product as a solution to longevity risk and market volatility, aligning with its mission of providing “A Lifetime for Good.”
