Robinsons Land Corp., through its office development arm Robinsons Offices, is set to transform Davao City’s business landscape with a new world-class office tower along JP Laurel Street.
The upcoming 9-storey development, scheduled for completion in the first half of 2027, is a significant addition to Robinsons Land growing Mindanao portfolio. The new office building will rise on a prime parcel acquired from Great Earth Marketing & Development Corp. (GEMDC), a company majority owned by Davao-based retail player New City Commercial Corp.
The development is engineered for both aesthetics and functionality. It will include an efficient vertical transport system to ensure smooth access across floors, while also integrating sustainable design features as part of RLC’s pursuit of green certification.
Robinsons Land said the project underscores its commitment to Mindanao’s economic growth and our vision to deliver top-tier workspaces across key cities.
Currently, the Mindanao footprint of Robinsons Land includes eight shopping malls, three GoHotels properties, one Grand Summit Hotel, and two office buildings. This new project solidifies the listed property developer’s position as a leading player in the Philippine real estate industry, adapting to evolving market needs while upholding sustainability and innovation.
The Davao office tower is expected to attract a wide range of local and international businesses, further positioning the city as a key hub for commerce and investment in southern Philippines.
