Monde Nissin Corporation (MNC) has officially partnered with Asia Pacific College (APC) to strengthen ties between the academe and the food manufacturing industry. The agreement, sealed through a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA), marks MNC as APC’s first industry partner in the sector.
The collaboration aims to equip students with real-world experience through Monde Nissin’s flagship early career development programs: the MondeXplore Internship Program, the Emerging Leaders Program for engineering graduates, and the Excelerate Management Trainee Program for high-potential talents in sales and marketing.
The MOA signing was led by MNC chief people culture officer Luz Mercurio and APC president Dr. Ma. Teresita “Tata” Medado, and featured discussions on future initiatives and a tour of the Lucky Me! Noodle Factory.
The partnership underscores Monde Nissin’s commitment to shaping future leaders and fostering innovation through education and industry engagement.
