The Philippine National Bank (PNB) has unveiled a redesigned website aimed at making online banking simpler, more secure, and easier to navigate. The update features a cleaner layout, better navigation tools, and improved functions to help customers access services more efficiently.
PNB president and CEO Edwin Bautista said the upgrade reflects the bank’s long-standing commitment to being a reliable partner for Filipinos. He emphasized that the website plays a key role in showing customers how the bank can support their financial needs.
The website revamp is part of PNB’s broader transformation, which began with its rebranding initiative two years ago under the promise “Every Step Together.” According to PNB Marketing Group Head and Senior Vice President Jennifer Ng, the redesigned site is meant to serve as a dependable tool that guides customers through different stages of their financial journey.
PNB says the improved platform strengthens its efforts to build meaningful customer relationships and deliver better services across both digital and physical channels.
