PHINMA names new VPs to boost leadership

PHINMA Corp. has promoted three senior officials to vice president positions as part of efforts to strengthen its leadership team and support business growth.

The newly appointed executives are Rey A. Cervera for steel, Danielle R. del Rosario for insulated panels and solar energy, and Maria Monica H. Cueto-Mamites for corporate services and planning. Mamites will also serve as chief risk officer.

Chairman and CEO Ramon R. del Rosario Jr. said the promotions highlight the company’s focus on developing internal talent to help drive its mission of improving lives and contributing to national development.

Cervera will also become president and CEO of Union Galvasteel Corp., where he is expected to strengthen the company’s steel roofing and cladding operations.

Del Rosario will lead Union Insulated Panel Corp. and PHINMA Solar Energy Corp. as president and CEO, focusing on expanding sustainable building solutions, including cold storage and renewable energy. A new manufacturing facility in Pampanga is scheduled to open in July.

Mamites will oversee corporate planning and risk management, drawing on her experience in business development, investments, and enterprise risk within the group.

The appointments come as PHINMA continues to expand its operations in education, construction materials, housing, and hospitality.
