Security Bank unveils mural in Makati to mark 10-year partnership with MUFG

Security Bank has unveiled a new public mural at the Paseo de Roxas underpass to celebrate its 10-year partnership with MUFG Bank.

The mural, titled “Security Bank x MUFG: A decade of people, planet, and prosperity,” highlights the two banks’ shared commitment to sustainable and inclusive growth. It replaces an earlier 2019 artwork and now focuses on the “3Ps” of sustainability: people, planet, and prosperity.

Created by Filipino artist A.G. Saño, the mural features images of communities, workers, and families, showing their role in building a more sustainable future. It also reflects joint efforts in education, health, disaster response, enterprise development, and green financing.

Security Bank president and CEO Victor Lee Meng Teck said the mural honors a decade of collaboration built on trust and shared purpose, while MUFG country head Masami Yoshitake noted the partnership has helped support communities and economic growth in the Philippines.

Located in a busy pedestrian area, the mural aims to bring sustainability themes into everyday city life and strengthen community connection through public art.
