Converge ICT Solutions Inc. is expanding its customer service reach in the Philippines with the opening of new business centers in Bohol and Palawan, aiming to improve access to broadband services and local support.
In Bohol, Converge, together with managed services provider J Fiber Internet Services, launched an upgraded business center at Lite Port Center in Tagbilaran City. The facility is expected to serve over 100,000 residents, including nearby towns and businesses. Company officials said the larger hub is meant to bring services closer to customers and support growing needs for reliable internet, especially for industries like tourism and business process outsourcing.
Local leaders, including Tagbilaran City officials and provincial representatives, attended the launch and welcomed the improved connectivity efforts. J Fiber said it plans to help expand coverage across the province and improve customer service standards.
In Palawan, Converge also opened a new business center in Roxas town through Optimus Fiber Solutions Inc., strengthening its presence in northern Palawan, which has about 70,000 residents and strong tourism potential. The local government there said better digital infrastructure will support economic growth and public services.
Converge said its business centers act as service hubs where customers can pay bills, request technical support, upgrade plans, and apply for new internet connections. The company has been rapidly expanding its physical service locations, adding at least 17 new centers in 2025.
The company also highlighted its continued strong performance in the broadband industry. Converge ICT Solutions Inc. was recognized as one of the top internet providers in the Philippines in 2025, ranking highly in speed, reliability, and video performance based on independent testing, along with recognition from the Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT).
