InLife honored outstanding employees and teams during its first-ever InLife Excellence Awards, celebrating those who set high standards in work, service, and leadership. The program recognized individuals and groups who embody excellence, innovation, collaboration, and commitment to InLife’s mission of “bringing a lifetime for good” to Filipinos.
InLife Executive Chairperson Nina D. Aguas thanked the awardees for helping shape the next chapter of the company’s 115-year legacy of trust and service. She noted that InLife’s enduring strength stems from employees who uphold integrity while serving policyholders with dedication.
Chief Human Resources Officer Rozana G. Pecson highlighted that the awards reinforce a culture of recognition, where achievements—large or small—are celebrated. She urged all employees to continue striving for excellence in pursuit of the company’s purpose.
The awards recognized ten individual employees for exceptional leadership, innovation, and customer focus, and three cross-functional teams for collaboration and shared commitment to results. Special citations were also given to employees and teams whose contributions advanced operational excellence and InLife’s 115th-anniversary initiatives.
Vice President for Rewards, Services, and Technology, Human Resources Fred Dioso, emphasized that excellence at InLife extends beyond individual accomplishments to include teamwork, adaptability, and purpose-driven service.
The inaugural awards reflect InLife’s dedication to nurturing a workplace culture where talent is recognized, celebrated, and inspired to continue driving meaningful impact for policyholders and the community.
