Concentrix sets up AI hub in Quezon City

Concentrix has strengthened its footprint in the Philippines with the launch of a new operations site and its iX360 immersive experience center in GBF Tower 2, Bridgetowne, Quezon City. The expansion is part of the company’s reported P2-billion investment aimed at scaling its AI-driven and digital customer experience services.

The new facility, capable of accommodating nearly 4,000 employees, will support Concentrix’s growing portfolio in artificial intelligence, analytics, automation, and other next-generation business transformation solutions for global clients. The company emphasized that the hub reflects its confidence in the Philippines as a strategic location for high-value, technology-enabled services.

The inauguration event was attended by top government and industry officials, including Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA) Deputy Director General for Operations Vivian Santos, as well as representatives from the Department of Information and Communications Technology, Technical Education and Skills Development Authority, and Quezon City local government. Industry groups, including the Contact Center Association of the Philippines and the IT and Business Process Association of the Philippines, also joined the ceremony.

PEZA noted that Concentrix’s expansion exemplifies the shift of the country’s IT and business process management (IT-BPM) sector toward innovation-driven, AI-enabled operations. The agency said the investment reinforces the Philippines’ position as a competitive global hub for digital talent and future-ready business services.

Currently, PEZA hosts over 1,600 IT-BPM locators, generating more than P361 billion in investments and employing over 1.8 million people directly, representing 8.7 percent of the agency’s total approved investments. Analysts say such expansions signal growing confidence in the Philippines as a destination for cutting-edge digital services, particularly in AI, analytics, and automation.

Concentrix’s new QC hub marks another milestone in the country’s emergence as a global center for high-tech business process services, offering both advanced solutions to international clients and expanded employment opportunities for local talent.
