SM Offices, the commercial leasing arm of SM Prime Holdings, has achieved full occupancy across its 10-tower, 100,000 square meter Clark Tech Hub in Angeles City, Pampanga.
Most tenants are global IT-BPM and multinational firms with long-term leases.
“The full utilization of Clark Tech Hub highlights strong demand for world-class, sustainable workspaces outside Metro Manila,” said Alexis L. Ortiga, Vice President and Head of SM Offices. “It also reinforces SM City Clark Complex as a major regional business hub.”
The complex also houses SM City Clark mall, National University, SMX Convention Center, and Park Inn by Radisson Clark, creating a live-work-play ecosystem for business, retail, education, and hospitality.
SM Offices announced Tech Hub Tower 11, a nine-story expansion adding around 20,000 square meters of premium space. A centerpiece 12,000-square-meter sky garden will prioritize employee wellness, collaboration, and everyday connectivity.
Sustainability is central, with solar energy systems, water-saving measures, and indoor air quality upgrades. Programs for hazardous waste, paper, plastics, e-waste, and used lead-acid batteries further strengthen green operations.
Tower 11 sits atop the SM Clark Skylink terminal, a key transport hub that will connect directly to Clark International Airport by 2028 via the North-South Commuter Railway.
“With improved infrastructure and connectivity, SM City Clark Complex is set to become an even more attractive alternative to Metro Manila for high-quality workspaces,” Ortiga said.
