Property developer Arthaland Corp. announced it will soon start turning over units of its Una Apartments project located in Biñan, Laguna.
According to Oliver Chan, executive vice president and sustainability officer, strong market demand has been observed for the development. Tower One was fully sold within the first 10 months following its launch in September 2022. Tower Two recently completed its topping off ceremony and is now 83 percent sold, with completion targeted for December 2028.
The project draws interest from various buyers including investors, international retirees, and parents looking for housing near the De La Salle University campus in Laguna. Currently, three towers are under construction, with plans to expand to five towers depending on market conditions.
Units are offered in studio (28 sqm) and one-bedroom (38 sqm) configurations, priced at P6.5 million and P8.5 million respectively. These prices reflect increases of 22 percent and 12 percent from their initial launch rates.
Designed for efficiency and wellness, the units feature energy-efficient systems that can reduce utility costs by up to 20 percent. Additional attributes include soundproofing, carbon monoxide detectors, 2.6-meter high ceilings, air filtration systems, and eco-friendly construction materials.
Situated within Sevina Park, an 8-hectare masterplanned community, the development allocates 60bpercent of its area to green and open spaces. Sevina Park is recognized as the first mixed-use community in Southeast Asia to earn Platinum LEED certification for both Neighborhood Development and Homes.
