Parklinks Mall opening to boost eastern Metro Manila growth

The opening of Parklinks Mall in 2027 is set to accelerate the next phase of growth for Parklinks, the 35-hectare mixed-use estate jointly developed by Ayala Land Inc. and Eton Properties that spans Pasig and Quezon City.

Positioned as the estate’s retail and lifestyle centerpiece, the mall will offer 69,000 square meters of gross floor area, including about 41,000 square meters of leasable retail space.

It will house a curated mix of shops, restaurants, lifestyle brands and community spaces designed to serve residents, office workers and visitors while driving commercial activity across the township.

Even before the mall opens, Parklinks will begin activating its retail district with specialty dining pavilions scheduled to welcome customers by the end of 2026.

The retail expansion comes as development across the estate gathers pace. Residential projects such as Parklinks North and South Towers by Ayala Land Premier and The Lattice by Alveo Land continue to rise, supported by the newly opened Parklinks Experience Center, which showcases the township’s master plan and residential offerings.

New institutional and events facilities are also taking shape. Multiple Intelligence International School will open its new campus in August 2026, offering education from toddler years through Grade 12, while Casa Ibarra Parklinks is preparing to host conferences, corporate events and weddings at its 3,178-square-meter venue later this year.

About half of the estate has been dedicated to parks, open spaces and recreational areas, including the three-hectare Central Park, riverfront esplanades and an Eco Forest planted with native tree species. The Parklinks Bridge further connects the Pasig and Quezon City sides while encouraging walking and other active transport.

Ayala Land and Eton recently showcased the township’s progress during the Parklinks Run, where thousands experienced its expanding road network and public spaces.

With retail, residential, education and hospitality projects coming online over the next two years, Parklinks is positioning itself as a major lifestyle, business and investment hub in Metro Manila’s fast-growing eastern corridor.
