Cebu Pacific is expanding its international network this fourth quarter with five new and restored direct routes to China, Vietnam, and Japan, boosting connectivity ahead of the busy holiday travel period. The Gokongwei-led airline will roll out services from Cebu, Clark, and Manila starting late October through November, alongside a promotional seat sale with one-way base fares starting at just P1, excluding fees and surcharges.
The seat sale runs from August 7 to 11, 2026, valid for travels between October 26, 2026, and March 31, 2027. Operations begin October 26 with the return of direct flights between Cebu and Ho Chi Minh City, running three times weekly on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. On November 17, new direct flights from Cebu to Shanghai will start with thrice-weekly trips every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday, while return services from Shanghai to Cebu will begin November 18 on Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays. Cebu Pacific noted it will be the only Philippine carrier operating nonstop flights between Cebu and Shanghai.
Starting November 19, the airline will launch four weekly direct flights between Cebu and Nagoya every Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday, making Nagoya its third Japanese destination directly accessible from Cebu after Tokyo-Narita and Osaka. It will also be the only airline offering nonstop flights on this route. Also on November 19, direct services between Clark and Hanoi will resume with three weekly flights every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday, while return flights from Hanoi to Clark will start November 20 on Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays. Cebu Pacific remains the only carrier operating direct flights between Clark and Vietnam, giving travelers from Central Luzon a more convenient option instead of connecting through Manila. Direct flights between Manila and Xiamen will resume November 23 with twice-weekly trips every Monday and Friday, adding to the airline’s existing services from Manila to Shanghai and Guangzhou.
“At Cebu Pacific, we continue to strengthen our network to give every Juan a better opportunity to explore more destinations across Asia,” said Xander Lao, the airline’s president and chief commercial officer. “The launch of additional direct flights to China, Vietnam, and Japan not only provides travelers from all over the Philippines with more convenient access to these vibrant cities but also encourages more international travelers to visit and explore our country. As we continue to expand our international network, we remain committed to making travel more accessible and affordable for our passengers,” he added.
Cebu Pacific currently serves 35 domestic and 26 international destinations across Asia, Australia, and the Middle East, growing its regional network in response to rising demand for international travel.
