Globe chart responsible, scalable AI path at DTW Ignite 2026

As AI moves from experimentation to enterprise-wide deployment, balancing large-scale adoption with trust, security, and governance has become a critical industry challenge. Globe is addressing this through a foundation-first strategy, collaborative governance, and modern engineering, setting a benchmark for the telecommunications sector.

At DTW Ignite 2026, Globe chief intelligence and trust officer Anton Bonifacio joined TM Forum’s Guy Lupo for a fireside discussion on adopting autonomous AI systems while upholding resilience, interoperability, and enterprise confidence. The conversation underscored a key industry shift: as organizations move beyond basic AI tools to self-directing AI agents, the focus has expanded from deployment to safe, consistent governance across complex technology environments.

Bonifacio detailed Globe’s AI scaling via its AI Kitchen framework and Agent Factory. Built on platform-driven design, security-by-design, and trusted governance, these initiatives let business and technology teams innovate within shared guardrails while delivering measurable value. “With how fast AI is moving, we emphasized platform-driven strategy, strong federation, shift-left controls, and open standards to ensure observability and interoperability across the entire stack,” Bonifacio said. He stressed embedding governance and security early in the AI lifecycle to boost transparency, compatibility, and operational stability.

Beyond discussion, Globe is advancing industry progress through four DTW Catalyst Projects, three led by its AI Group. Two initiatives—InsightX Agent and MODaaS—are Moonshot Catalyst finalists under the Trustworthy Data & AI Challenge. Globe also contributes to the AI Decision Accelerator and the Essential Framework for Telecom Agentic AI, a blueprint to help providers move from trials to large-scale deployment. Through these efforts, Globe demonstrates how responsible AI accelerates innovation without compromising security, interoperability, or resilience, offering a clear path for the wider industry.
