As companies adopt more apps, cloud services, and connected tools, a steady, reliable network has become the backbone of daily operations—but growing complexity means IT teams now spend valuable hours chasing alerts, tracing faults, and fixing connections instead of building technology that drives business forward. Globe Business is answering that challenge with AI WAN, an intelligent network management solution built to spot, diagnose, and resolve potential network problems with far less manual work.
Unveiled and demonstrated at G Summit 2026 under the theme “Orchestrating Intelligence,” AI WAN marks a key step in Globe’s push toward more autonomous enterprise infrastructure. Once rolled out across its network, the system will constantly analyze real-time conditions and traffic patterns, catching and addressing performance bottlenecks before they turn into costly outages. Glenn Estrella, vicenpresident at Globe Business, called it a critical foundation for the company’s transformation roadmap. “By weaving proactive intelligence right into our core infrastructure, we’re giving businesses a stable, self-healing base they can count on,” he said during the event.
The technology’s practical power was put to the test in live demonstrations, where engineers intentionally disconnected a hardware port to simulate a sudden network failure. AI WAN instantly detected the disruption, analyzed its cause, and rerouted all traffic automatically—keeping every connection active with zero downtime. Because Globe owns and operates its entire underlying network backbone, it can run these complex fixes and restorations behind the scenes without extra work or delays for users.
Beyond quick fixes, AI WAN is designed to predict, explain, and visualize issues while learning an organization’s unique traffic habits over time. Low-risk anomalies get fixed automatically; standard adjustments are prepared for review; and high-stakes changes always stay under human oversight, with IT teams notified promptly whenever their input is needed. The system also tracks capacity trends to forecast future demand and bandwidth gaps, letting businesses plan upgrades and investments with clearer, forward-looking insight.
“Businesses deserve a network they can depend on without constant worry about what’s happening in the background,” Estrella added. “When the network itself can anticipate and respond faster, IT teams stop troubleshooting and start enabling growth.” AI WAN will be deployed in phases across Globe’s network, part of a broader drive to make enterprise connectivity more resilient, proactive, and straightforward to manage.
