ACMobility, the Ayala Group’s end-to-end mobility provider, has picked up multiple international awards for people management, extending a strong run of workplace recognition for its employee programs and leadership.
For the second consecutive year, the company received honors from both the HR Excellence Awards and the Stevie Awards for Great Employers.
At the 2026 HR Excellence Awards, ACMobility won Gold for Excellence in HR Management and Bronze for Excellence in Total Rewards. Chief People Officer Ariane Nava also received a Silver citation for HR Leader of the Year.
The company added two Silver awards at the 11th annual Stevie Awards for Great Employers, which drew 1,000 nominations from 38 countries.
Chief Executive Officer Jaime Alfonso Zobel de Ayala was named People-Focused CEO of the Year, while Nava was recognized as Chief Human Resources Officer of the Year.
The latest awards add to ACMobility’s growing list of workplace credentials, including its Top Employer 2026 certification from the Top Employers Institute and certification from Great Place to Work Philippines.
“These honors reflect our commitment to building a workplace where our people feel supported, valued and empowered to grow,” Nava said.
The recognition comes as companies increasingly compete not only for customers but also for talent, making employee experience, leadership, rewards, and workplace culture increasingly important to business performance.
For ACMobility, the awards provide external validation of its effort to make people management part of its broader growth strategy rather than a support function operating on the sidelines.
The company’s latest international recognition also puts the spotlight on the role of senior leadership in shaping workplace culture, with both Zobel de Ayala and Nava earning individual honors alongside the company’s awards.
Stevie Award winners will be formally recognized on Oct. 28 at the Pullman Paris Montparnasse in Paris, France.
