Cadence-CARD Property Ventures (CCPV) has officially begun development of Bay NewTown in Bay, Laguna, marking a key milestone as the joint venture’s first residential community. The project is designed to make quality homeownership a realistic goal for more Filipino families, anchored on three core principles: Planado, Kompleto, at Abot-Kamay—or well-planned, complete, and within reach.
Envisioned as a township-scale development, Bay NewTown follows a deliberate master plan that integrates essential facilities including a school, commercial zones, and medical centers. Its layout prioritizes efficient land use, easy mobility, and sustainable long-term growth—forming the backbone of the “Planado” approach. The “Kompleto” promise translates to fully integrated village amenities, open spaces, and community-focused features meant to foster genuine belonging rather than just provide housing units. CCPV is a partnership between CARD MRI and Cadence Properties, part of the ICCP Group. It combines CARD MRI’s decades of expertise in community engagement and financial inclusion with Cadence Properties’ proven track record in disciplined, large-scale property development. The recent groundbreaking ceremony was attended by key officials including Bay, Laguna Mayor Michael Punzalan, ICCP Group Chairman and CEO Guillermo D. Luchangco, and leaders from CARD network and Cadence Properties.
