KABAN Hotel and Casino Boracay will open its doors on September 16, unveiling a new luxury and entertainment destination at Station 0, and marking the arrival of Boracay’s first hotel-casino ahead of its grand launch in October.
Developed within the 23-hectare master plan of Golden TW Realty and Development Corporation, KABAN brings together an 88-room hotel, gaming, dining, wellness and entertainment spaces under one roof.
The six-storey property features a PAGCOR-licensed 2,000-square-meter casino floor, with table games, slot machines and electronic gaming options. Its accommodations range from boutique rooms to a presidential suite.
“KABAN is more than a destination. It is our promise to bring world-class entertainment and heartfelt Filipino hospitality together, creating a place where culture, leisure and celebration come together,” said KABAN President and CEO Kevin Wong.
KABAN has seven specialty restaurants and dining concepts, including Lamii All-Day Dining. Other facilities include the SIGLA Spa, Pool Deck, VIP Lounge, Kids Playlab, Lobby Café and a Skybar overlooking the island.
The property is part of Golden TW’s broader investment in Station 0, an emerging area in Barangay Yapak that the developer is positioning as a new inland leisure and entertainment hub. Golden TW is also developing Boracay Central, a lifestyle mall scheduled to open in the fourth quarter of 2026.
About 40 percent of Kaban’s employees are from Aklan, the company said.
The name “KABAN,” Filipino for treasure chest, reflects the property’s theme of discovery and abundance. Its five-card star logo reinforces its “Where Stars Win” identity.
Promotions beginning September 16 will offer millions of pesos in prizes with gaming restricted to guests aged 21 and above and subject to responsible gaming rules.
The October grand launch will feature a larger showcase of entertainment, culture and hospitality as KABAN formally marks its entry into Boracay’s tourism landscape.
