PLDT Inc. is rolling out AI and automation via UiPath Platform to improve service delivery amid rising demand for 5G, broadband and satellite connectivity nationwide. Targeting faster info access, higher productivity and fewer service delays, the system powers three key tools: KAI cuts knowledge retrieval from five days to 1–3 seconds; Ellie unifies fragmented internal workflows; ERICA supports risk management since Feb 2026. Amid rising customer expectations in a growing digital economy, UiPath’s Karl Crowther noted the partnership turns enterprise knowledge into faster, trust-building action. PLDT’s Gilbert Gaw said AI adoption supports operational modernization and better national digital support.
