ROAM+ loads international roaming data at the start of the contract year, usable across all trips within 365 days, with members retaining their primary Smart number, receiving a single consolidated bill, and tracking balances via the Smart App. Data allocations match plan tiers: 6GB for Plan 3500, 20GB for Plan 5000, 30GB for Plan 8000, and 40GB for Plan 9500. Eliminating the need to arrange separate roaming access for every trip, ROAM+ joins existing premium benefits including worldwide concierge service, complimentary airport lounge access, exclusive offers, dedicated relationship managers, and 24/7 priority in-store support.
