    Fuel prices rise again after last week’s rollback

    The price of regular gasoline at the pumps is set to rise P0.85 more per liter beginning Tuesday in latest adjustments announced by retailer Seaoil and its competitors in the business following last week’s price cuts.

    Diesel will cost P1.75 per liter more and kerosene by another P1.90 a liter.

    Clean Fuel, Jetti and PTT similarly adjusted the price of their gasoline by P0.85 per liter and diesel by P1.75 per liter.

    Department of Energy data show regular gasoline (RON 91) sold for P61.70 a liter in Manila, diesel at P58.85 per liter and kerosene at P71.99 a liter.

    DOE data also show year-to-date adjustments as a net increase of P6.05 per liter for gasoline and P4.25 per liter for diesel but a net cut of P1.55 per liter for kerosene.
