P411M Aid mobilized for TS Kristine Victims

Speaker Ferdinand Martin G. Romualdez announced a P411 million relief initiative for families affected by Typhoon Kristine, following President Ferdinand Marcos Jr.‘s instructions. The House of Representatives mobilized P390 million in cash aid across 22 districts in Bicol, Eastern Visayas, and MIMAROPA, plus P21 million in relief packs. The assistance, sourced from the DSWD’s AICS program, will be distributed promptly, prioritizing the hardest-hit areas to support immediate recovery efforts.
