Primex Realty Corp., a wholly owned subsidiary of Primex Corporation, is making significant strides in the luxury hospitality sector through a strategic partnership with Thailand’s Dusit International.
The two companies have signed a hotel management agreement for Primex Realty to operate the upcoming Dusit Greenhills Manila, set to open in late 2026. This collaboration enhances Primex Realty’s portfolio and pushes its agenda to deliver top-tier guest experiences.
The 200-key Dusit Greenhills Manila will occupy the top 10 floors of the Primex Tower, a 50-story mixed-use development in Greenhills, San Juan, Manila. The project combines luxury accommodations with premium office and retail spaces, promising an upscale urban environment that integrates both leisure and business needs. Primex Realty’s involvement with Dusit International demonstrates a shared commitment to excellence and service, with Dusit’s renowned Thai-inspired hospitality at the core of the venture.

The hotel will feature luxury amenities such as the acclaimed Thai restaurant Benjarong, a rooftop bar, an all-day dining venue, a state-of-the-art gym, and a ballroom with stunning city views. Business travelers will appreciate fully equipped meeting rooms, while the rooftop pool offers an urban retreat for leisure guests.
