Delivery Hero Philippines Inc., the operator of food delivery platform foodpanda, has been recognized as the eighth highest taxpayer in Taguig City for 2024, underscoring the company’s growing commercial footprint and contribution to local economic development.
In addition, Delivery Hero Logistics Philippines Inc., which manages the company’s network of freelance delivery riders, received the Biggest Mover Award for its significant rise in the city’s taxpayer rankings.
“These recognitions reflect our strong commitment not only to efficient delivery services, but also to responsible corporate citizenship,” said Leopoldo De Castro, finance director of foodpanda Philippines. “We are proud to support Taguig’s progress through active tax compliance and economic participation.”
The awards highlight foodpanda’s dual focus on operational growth and community contribution.
