Phinma pumps P300M more Into Bacolod flagship township

Phinma Corp. has invested an additional P300 million into its property arm, Phinma Property Holdings Corp., to support the continued development of Saludad, a P12-billion flagship township project in Bacolod City. The 21-hectare project is being developed in partnership with JEPP Real Estate Co.

The investment highlights Phinma’s strategic focus on property development as a growth driver and its commitment to regional economic revitalization. “This new P300-million investment will allow Phinma Properties to sustain the favorable market momentum… and create new livelihood opportunities,” said Phinma chairman and CEO Ramon R. del Rosario Jr.

Saludad will integrate commercial, residential, and institutional components, including TRYP by Wyndham Bacolod, Southwestern University, and building materials sourced from the Phinma Construction Materials Group. Phinma Properties president and CEO Raphael B. Felix said the township aims to blend “tradition and modernity,” creating a sustainable urban hub tailored to Bacolod’s growing economy.

The development, designed by Royal Pineda+ Architecture Design, is set for phased completion: Phase 1 by Q1 2026 and Phase 2 by 2028.
