Cebu Pacific boosts domestic flights ahead of holiday travel season

Cebu Pacific is ramping up its domestic flight operations in preparation for the upcoming holiday travel season, the airline announced on Wednesday.

The Gokongwei-led carrier is set to increase flight frequencies on several key domestic routes, offering passengers more flexibility and travel options during the peak season.

Among the notable adjustments is the expansion of services from Clark International Airport to Palawan. Flights to El Nido will rise to 18 times weekly, while services to Coron (Busuanga) will increase to 17 times per week.

Travelers in the Visayas region will also benefit, with more flights added between Cebu and Calbayog, improving connectivity to and from Eastern Visayas.

From its Manila hub, Cebu Pacific will boost frequencies to several destinations including Butuan, Cagayan De Oro, Cebu, Dumaguete, General Santos, Iloilo, Pagadian, Puerto Princesa, and Zamboanga.

“With the peak holiday season fast approaching, we want to ensure that our passengers have more opportunities to spend time with their loved ones and enjoy their well-deserved breaks,” said Xander Lao, Cebu Pacific president and chief commercial officer. “By adding more flights on key domestic routes, we aim to make it easier for every Juan to travel to their chosen destinations.”

Cebu Pacific currently operates flights to 37 domestic and 26 international destinations across Asia, Australia, and the United Arab Emirates.
