Jollibee acquires South Korea’s leading hot pot chain “Shabu All Day”

Jollibee Foods Corp. (JFC) announced Monday that subsidiary Jolli-K Co. Ltd. has acquired South Korea’s All Day Fresh Co. Ltd., the operator of the popular hot pot and all-you-can-eat brand Shabu All Day, for approximately ₱5.09 billion (KRW126.85 billion).

All Day Fresh, founded in 2014, runs 169 stores nationwide and is the top-performing hot pot chain in South Korea, generating US$285 million in annual sales with average store revenue of US$2.4 million. Shabu All Day is known for its all-inclusive dining experience, featuring unlimited premium beef, hot dishes, desserts, and beverages at competitive prices.

JFC said the acquisition strengthens its presence in Korea, complementing its existing Compose Coffee business, and supports its strategic focus on Chinese cuisine and franchising. Once finalized, All Day Fresh will be integrated into Jolli-K’s portfolio, which is consolidated under Jollibee Worldwide Pte. Ltd.

The company highlighted that Shabu All Day’s strong performance and scalable franchise model make it a high-quality addition expected to create long-term shareholder value.
