Jollibee Foods Corp. wrapped up 2025 with a powerful fourth-quarter performance that lifted its full-year earnings, underscoring the fast-food giant’s growing strength both at home and overseas.
Operating income in the fourth quarter jumped about 42 percent to P4.1 billion, the highest fourth-quarter level in the company’s history. The late-year surge helped push full-year operating income around 19 percent higher to P20.1 billion, showing how strong sales and tighter cost discipline translated into improved profitability.
Net income attributable to the parent firm rose about 20 percent in the fourth quarter to P2.2 billion, bringing full-year earnings to P10.9 billion, up roughly 5 percent from the previous year.
Chief executive officer Ernesto Tanmantiong said the strong finish reflected sustained consumer demand and the continued relevance of Jollibee’s brands across multiple markets.
“Our strong fourth-quarter sales momentum translated into meaningful expansion in operating income, marking our strongest fourth-quarter performance in JFC’s history,” Tanmantiong said.
Consolidated revenues rose about 10 percent in the fourth quarter and 13 percent for the full year, supported by steady growth in both Philippine and international operations.
Systemwide sales climbed about 17 percent in 2025, with solid contributions from the domestic business. Flagship brand Jollibee grew systemwide sales around 10 percent, while Mang Inasal expanded about 16 percent and Chowking posted about 6 percent growth.
Overseas operations delivered even faster expansion. International systemwide sales increased around 27 percent, powered by strong momentum in Vietnam and the coffee segment. Compose Coffee posted triple-digit growth, while Highlands Coffee continued its steady climb.
Jollibee also accelerated its global footprint, opening 1,126 stores in 2025, the largest annual expansion in the company’s history. That brought its network to 10,341 stores worldwide, with international locations now accounting for the majority.
The strong fourth quarter highlights how Jollibee’s expanding brand portfolio and global scale are driving growth, positioning the Filipino restaurant group for another year of steady expansion.
