Cebu Landmasters, Inc. (CLI) sustained its growth momentum in 2025, posting record residential reservation sales of P24.6 billion, up 45 percent year on year, driven by strong end-user demand and solid market reception across the Visayas and Mindanao.
The company said the milestone underscores its strategy of building in high-demand locations while delivering developments that generate long-term community value.
Despite timing-related factors affecting project completions and revenue recognition, CLI reported steady earnings, with consolidated revenues reaching P18.5 billion and net income at P4.03 billion.
Core real estate sales remained the primary growth driver, supported by a robust pipeline of more than 4,500 units launched across key cities. These projects recorded a 91 percent sell-out rate, reflecting sustained buyer confidence.
CLI’s recurring income streams also accelerated, with revenues from hospitality, leasing, and management fees rising 57%, highlighting the strength of its diversified portfolio and growing annuity base.
The developer likewise advanced its geographic expansion, acquiring a 70-hectare landbank in Dasmariñas—its first major foothold in Luzon—as it positions for nationwide growth.
CLI said it remains focused on delivering master-planned communities that uplift residents’ quality of life while reinforcing its ambition to become one of the country’s most trusted property developers.
