Before joining Pico de Loro, he served as general manager of Pueblo de Oro Golf and Country Club, overseeing operations, financial performance, customer relations, and business development. His impressive track record also includes leadership roles at Dakak Golf Club, Calatagan Golf Club, Valley Golf and Country Club, and Alabang Country Club.
Known for his hands-on leadership and operational discipline, Pinga has earned a reputation for elevating service standards while fostering strong relationships with members, guests, and teams. His deep experience in membership-focused and recreational properties positions him perfectly to guide Pico de Loro Beach & Country Club into its next growth phase.
