NAIA Terminal 3 to add major dining brands, expand amenities under ongoing upgrade

The New NAIA Infrastructure Corp. (NNIC) is set to expand food and retail options at Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) Terminal 3, continuing improvements since it took over operations in September 2024.

By the end of August, the international airside area will welcome popular local and international brands including Cibo, Shake Shack, Wildflour, Conti’s, Ramen Nagi, Gloria Maris, Ladurée, and Venchi, among others. A 350-square-meter Starbucks Reserve will also open in the domestic zone this July.

The upgrades are part of a plan to repurpose underused spaces—including former offices and old lounge areas—into facilities that serve passengers throughout the day. Over 40 new dining and retail outlets have already opened in the landside section of the terminal following similar renovations.

NNIC prioritizes Terminal 3 due to its high passenger volume and limited space, particularly the need for more choices in the international departure area. The efforts come after a March 2026 global survey ranked NAIA seventh worldwide for layover food options and sixth for affordable lounge access among the 50 busiest airports.

The same space optimization strategy will be rolled out across other parts of Terminal 3 and eventually extended to the rest of the airport. These commercial improvements form part of NAIA’s broader modernization program, which also aims to boost passenger flow, comfort, and overall operational efficiency.
