San Beda, PLDT Enterprise push digital campus drive as it marks 125 years

As San Beda University celebrates its 125th founding anniversary, it is partnering with PLDT Enterprise to upgrade digital systems across its campuses in Mendiola, Taytay, and Alabang. The initiative supports the university’s goal of becoming the first digital campus in the Philippines and Southeast Asia, aiming to build a more connected, secure, and future-ready learning environment.

The collaboration delivers stronger dedicated connectivity, wider Wi-Fi coverage, a modernized official website using Salesforce Experience Cloud, and facial recognition access at the Mendiola campus, with the security feature set to reach Taytay within the year.

“Through stronger connectivity, modern platforms and smart solutions, we are building a foundation that serves the Bedan community today and grows with them,” said PLDT Enterprise Group head Blums Pineda. San Beda Rector-President Rev. Fr. Aloy Maranan, OSB added the upgrades will help the institution stay rooted in its mission while meeting evolving needs for teaching, learning and campus operations.
