The Philippine Airlines (PAL) announced over the weekend it is offering one complimentary rebooking for flights from Manila to Dubai, Doha and Riyadh. Eligible passengers may adjust their travel date once with no rebooking fee, so long as requests are submitted no later than November 15, 2026, and at least 15 days before scheduled departure.
Designed to give travelers more flexibility amid shifting work and personal plans, the benefit lets passengers lock in bookings early while keeping the option to reschedule when needed. The offer excludes tickets bought during major promotional fare and seat sale campaigns; applicable fare differences, ticket validity rules and other terms and conditions still apply.
PAL said the move forms part of its commitment to match evolving travel needs while keeping strong air links between the Philippines and key international gateways. As the country’s flag carrier, it runs regular nonstop services from Manila and Cebu to 29 domestic destinations and 40 points across Asia, North America, Australia and the Middle East.
