MSpectrum, Citizen Finedevice switch on Batangas solar rooftop project

MSpectrum Inc., the wholly owned solar subsidiary of the Manila Electric Company (Meralco), has energized the solar rooftop facility of Japanese manufacturer Citizen Finedevice Philippines Corp. in Batangas province.
