Dominion Holdings profit slips on dividend payout

A reduction in investible funds and lower interest rates trimmed the net income of Dominion Holdings, Inc. (DHI), formerly BDO Leasing and Finance, Inc., to P106.4 million in the first nine months of 2025 from P171 million in the same period last year.

Dominion Holdings Inc., formerly BDO Leasing and Finance Inc., reported net earnings of P202 million last year, a 27 percent drop from P277 million posted in 2023, due mainly to a reduced  investment base following a substantial cash dividend payout of P3.2 billion in May 2024.
