Regulators on Friday lifted the suspension of the trading of DFNN Inc. shares at the local bourse following its compliance to submit its financial statement for 2022.
DFNN shares will resume at 10:30 a.m. on Monday, June 5, the Philippine Stock Exchange said.
DFNN, formerly known as Diversified Financial Network Inc., had been excluded from daily trades since 18 May 18 this year.
Its shares were last traded on 16 May for P2.92 per share at the close of trades.
