Megaworld Corp. said Thursday it will launch Maple Park Residences, its latest residential condominium development within the commercial district of its 140-hectare Maple Grove township in General Trias town in Cavite.
The listed property developer of tycoon Andrew Tan expects to generate sales of P1.8 billion from the 14-story condominium slated for completion in 2028. It will be located in the 35-hectare Maple Grove commercial district of the Cavite township project.
Megaworld earlier announced allocating P15 billion to develop Maple Grove as “Cavite’s first-ever modern central business district” within 10 years. The township already hosts two other residential condominium developments—the 10-story The Verdin and the 16-story La Cassia Residences—as well as an upscale residential village, office towers, and the biggest McDonald’s store in Cavite.
The property developer is also constructing a transport hub, a chapel, biking and jogging tracks, a futsal field, and a lifestyle mall.
