Panasonic Manufacturing Philippines Corp., a listed manufacturer and importer of home appliances and other electronic products, said Wednesday it has declared a cash dividend totaling P139.4 million to stockholders on record as of 10 June.
Each qualified shareholder will receive P0.329785 for each stock they hold. The cash dividend will be paid on 25 June.
Panasonic Manufacturing, which produces electric fans, refrigerators, washing machines and air conditioners, and imports TV sets, communication equipment, kitchen appliances and digital products, owns 40 percent in the Precision Electronics Realty Corp., which is engaged in the business of realty brokerage and leases out the land. PERC leases land where Panasonic Manufacturing’s factory is located.
