Property developer Alsons Development and Investment Corp. has committed to complete 50 of the 200-unit Narra Park Residences Avia still under construction within the year.
The construction of the residential development is part of the Avia Estate in Alabel, Sarangani.
The 121-hectare mixed-use community aims to provide a modern and complete living experience for its residents and ongoing developments lay the foundation to bring this vision into reality, the company said.
The company is also developing the Alabel Public Safety and Security Complex which will benefit not only residents in the estate but also the bigger Alabel community.
The 1,800 square-meter complex will feature the region’s first integrated emergency response center, bringing together a police station, fire substation and satellite emergency operations center in one location.
The Alabel Public Safety and Security Complex broke ground in September last year. It is set for turnover to the Alabel local government unit by November this year.
The Montessori school Abba’s Orchard is also set to break ground at its Avia Estate campus next month. It will be the first in SOCCSKSARGEN to offer true Montessori, educating young learners from pre-school to grades 1-3 by school year 2025.
