NUVALI is set to welcome 10 new retail, dining, wellness and service establishments in the fourth quarter, expanding the commercial mix at The Shops NUVALI at Central Bloc in Laguna.
The upcoming tenants are Nailandia Luxe, Nuat Thai Premier, Lukkas Barbers, David’s Salon, Yuimaru, Seoul Kitchen, Locals Coffee, Harinaya, Dela-Paz Oglimen Dental Clinic and Studio Naya Pilates Studio.
The openings follow the recent arrival of MerryMart and NAOS Café NUVALI at Central Bloc, adding grocery, dining, co-working and gathering options for residents, employees and visitors.
MerryMart carries groceries, fresh and frozen food, household essentials, personal care products, pharmacy items and other daily necessities. It operates daily from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
NAOS Café NUVALI serves as a café, co-working and gathering space for customers looking to work, meet or unwind over food and drinks.
Ayala Land Estates said the new establishments form part of its ongoing development of Central Bloc as a community hub focused on retail, dining, wellness, services and shared spaces.
“Every new opening at NUVALI is part of our continuing effort to create a more complete and connected estate,” said Gilbert Ramos, senior project development manager of Ayala Land Estates.
The expanding tenant mix is also complemented by the NUVALI Weekend Markets, which give local entrepreneurs—including resident bakers, food businesses, makers and artisans—a venue to showcase and sell their products.
NUVALI is a large-scale mixed-use estate with residential communities, business districts, retail destinations, schools, recreation areas and open spaces.
