The Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) has declared Pacific Online Systems Corp. as sole bidder in the multi-year lease program of its e-lotto platform.
Pacific Online Systems Corp. is a subsidiary of Premium Leisure Corp. whose ultimate parent is Belle Corp.
The PCSO has shortened the one-year test run of the e-lotto agreement it signed with Pacific Online last year and opened the platform to competitive bidders.
The test run the PCSO and Pacific Online signed in August last year launched the following December but will end this June.
Pacific Online in a regulatory filing said the PCSO’s special bids and awards committee has declared its bid the winner but subject to post-qualification review.
“As the Single Calculated Bid, the bid submitted by the corporation will be subjected to post-qualification review by the PCSO-SBAC.
“Should there be no issues raised during post-qualification, it is expected that the PCSO-SBAC will be issuing its Notice of Award,” Pacific Online said.
