Hexaware Technologies, an IT services and solutions provider owned by the Carlyle Group, has expanded its operations in the Philippines with the opening of a new delivery center in Manila.
The expansion looks to tap into the region’s rich pool of talents to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive digital transformation initiatives globally.
Gopinath Manian, senior vice president at Hexaware, said the new Manila delivery center will provide customer service, IT troubleshooting, and help desk support.
“We are thrilled to open our new office. The Philippines’ talent pool across a broad range of skills and service-oriented culture aligns with our goal of delivering quality customer experience,” he said.
“Expansion in Manila is part of our move to access the talent and resources available here. The new delivery center is aligned with our growth strategy, enabling us to support our clients and maintain our commitment to quality,” Amrinder Singh, corporate vice president and head of operations at Hexaware, said.
The Manila office, its second in the Philippines, is part of Hexaware’s plan to increase its employee count and strengthen its presence in the Asia-Pacific region.
The company has 50 offices in 19 countries.
