    ABS-CBN Entertainment surpasses 50M YouTube subscribers

    ABS-CBN Entertainment has achieved a significant milestone, surpassing 50 million subscribers on YouTube, cementing its status as the most subscribed media and entertainment channel in Southeast Asia.

    Jamie Lopez, head of ABS-CBN Digital, expressed gratitude to viewers, emphasizing the platform’s role in connecting with audiences amidst a rapidly changing digital landscape.

    Lopez noted, “We will continue to meet the increasing demand for content online,” aiming to make ABS-CBN shows accessible to a wider global audience. Ajay Vidyasagar, managing director of YouTube Southeast Asia, congratulated ABS-CBN, stating that this achievement reflects their commitment to delivering exceptional content that resonates with millions.

    Since transitioning to digital in 2020, ABS-CBN has provided free access to its current programs and beloved classics on YouTube, enhancing viewer experience through features like Kapamilya Online Live, which offers 24/7 live streaming and on-demand viewing. This strategic shift has solidified ABS-CBN’s online presence and fostered a growing community of dedicated subscribers.
