    Chinabank unveils CHIB GPT 2.0: Next-level AI for enhanced employee productivity

    Chinabank has unveiled CHIB GPT 2.0, an upgraded internal chatbot powered by GPT-4.0, designed to elevate employee productivity and streamline bank operations. The advanced system promises faster, smarter, and more accurate responses to a wide range of employee queries, assisting with everything from simple tasks to complex workflows.

    The key feature of CHIB GPT 2.0 is its integration of retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) technology, which provides real-time access to trusted information sources, ensuring employees always receive the most up-to-date and relevant data. The chatbot’s enhanced data onboarding capabilities also allow it to integrate new content rapidly, maintaining the currency of information.

    Since the launch of CHIB GPT 1.0, the bank has seen a 12-fold increase in query volume, demonstrating the tool’s success in driving efficiency. As part of its continuous improvement strategy, Chinabank is introducing new reporting tools to monitor the chatbot’s performance and make ongoing enhancements.
