PH1World Developers Inc. (PH1WD), the property development subsidiary of Megawide Construction Corp., is set to roll out over P14.3 billion in new projects this year, predominantly focused on high-rise residential buildings. This includes three key developments: two vertical condominium projects and one horizontal residential development.
The company’s largest project, the P11 billion Lykke Kondo in Pasig, will feature three towers with 504 units designed in a Scandinavian style. Situated near Marcos Highway and Ayala Malls Feliz, the development aims to attract buyers seeking proximity to the Ortigas business district. The project will also include 630 parking slots.
In Cavite, PH1WD is targeting P1.5 billion in sales from the first phase of One Lancaster Park in Imus, a mixed-use development with two condominium towers offering 191 units each. Additionally, the Southscapes Trece Martires, a five-hectare residential community, will generate another P1.8 billion in sales, offering house-and-lot units.
PH1WD’s chairman, Edgar Saavedra, emphasized the company’s control over design and cost, leveraging Megawide’s expertise in precast construction technology to streamline production and maintain quality. This approach is expected to offer competitive pricing and faster project delivery.
These developments align with PH1WD’s strategy to expand its footprint in both high-rise and residential markets, while benefiting from Megawide’s engineering and construction capabilities.
