Radisson Hotel Group has signed a management agreement for its debut Radisson-branded property in the Philippines, marking a significant expansion into the upscale serviced apartment market. The Radisson Serviced Apartments Salcedo Makati, set to open in 2026, will feature 162 modern apartments catering to long-stay and corporate guests. This move solidifies the Group’s growing presence in Metro Manila and brings its total to 16 properties across the Philippines.
This new development underscores Radisson’s commitment to expanding in Southeast Asia, a region showing strong long-term growth potential. The partnership with local developer Cactus Realty Corporation reflects Radisson’s strategy of collaborating with regional developers to tap into new markets and enhance its brand footprint.
In addition to the new serviced apartments, Radisson Hotel Group has plans for further expansion in the Philippines, with 10 additional properties under development, including two key openings in 2028: Radisson Blu Hotel & Residences in Cagayan de Oro and the Radisson Collection Resort in Boracay. With these additions, the Group is positioning itself to meet increasing demand for premium hospitality offerings in a thriving commercial hub.
